I was asked to make a sixtieth birthday cake for a local landlord, the theme? his favourite thing. It didn't take long to think of this - money!!!!
I struggled to get the 'cash' made from icing sheets, something to do with it being illegal to reproduce fake money. I compromised and photocopied the cash on to paper, no one was fooled!
