My first 'strange' cake made for the company I work for (we work on waste management issues) the cake is supposed to look like a skip with rubbish going in one side and nice green compost and flowers coming out of the other. Oh well I tried

I made this cake for my daughters fiance, who's a bit of a heavy metal fan. The hand is moulded from marzipan. It was really quite easy to make as marzipan is very readily moulded but also holds its shape really well.
